The idea has earned it several major awards and the interest of investors who backed its growth. Rapid growth brought the need for systems that would bring order to both production and sales.
Understanding the production process was the key to designing the system well. Each step of the line needed a different solution.

We built a connected ERP and WMS solution that covers the whole business – from the warehouse and production to sales and HR.
The system tracks warehouse conditions and evaluates production quality – essential for a mushroom-based bio-material. Temperature and humidity sensors report deviations in real time and the system alerts the operators automatically.
Every material movement recorded, from goods-in to picking. Each item is tracked from the moment it enters the warehouse until it goes to production.
Finished products leave the warehouse smoothly, linked to the sales system. You can see what went where and when.

Before we configured anything, we took the time to get to know the company and its processes in detail. The first solution design grew out of that.
Only real use showed that some processes didn’t work the way they sounded on paper. Thanks to the modular system, recalibrating them took hours, not weeks.
