Servers

The whole system runs on several separate physical servers, so every part of it is fully under our control and set up exactly to our requirements and needs.

Every system (such as the databases that hold your data) always runs on several separate servers at once. If one of them fails, operation switches to a backup in real time, with no downtime at all. For maximum safety, data is also backed up at regular intervals to a geographically separate location.

Application code

We’ve been building business information systems since 2010. Our team is behind services such as Pošta Bez Hranic and Fulfillmenton.

We put enormous emphasis on making every feature of the system absolutely bulletproof.

What does that involve?

• We write automated tests for absolutely everything we develop
• Before we release anything, we run multi-level testing
• We carry out regular penetration testing
• The availability of all our systems is continuously monitored by an independent external service

User data

Your data is protected in the following ways.

• Access to the whole system can be restricted to your company VPN only
• Users can switch on two-factor authentication for logging in
• Every operation on data is logged, and you can view its complete history
• We follow safe-deletion principles – before anything is deleted, it is first marked for deletion and only removed after a delay
• You can restrict access to individual sections and parts of the system to selected users, or define roles that have access to the data and then assign those roles to users
• All data transfers are encrypted using the TLS protocol

Openness

The whole system is as open as it can be. You can easily export all the data you put into it at any time – to XLSX or via the API.

From the very start, the FROGGATE platform has been designed to let you build any IT solution without knowing how to code. By default, we build all solutions for you, but if you prefer, you can also order changes to the system from an external supplier. And if you have an analytically minded colleague, we’ll gladly teach them how to build their own applications. That way you stay fully independent.

Once trained, they get full permissions and the same configuration options as our team – so they can work completely independently, without any limits.

If you have your own developer and your own system, you can use FROGGATE as a backend to cut costs and build your own applications on top of it. Here you benefit from the fact that every part of the system can be controlled via the API.

System performance

The platform was designed from the start for high performance, stability and the ability to grow with your company.

The entire backend runs on Kubernetes, and every key component is separate and independently scalable – not only at the level of server components but also for each individual company. If your load grows, the system adapts automatically.
